Practices
We conduct practices every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in Cooke Hall Room 308. It is the building adjacent to the RecWell and can be accessed by going to the RecWell’s 2nd floor and following the hallway to your left until you find the North and South Basketball courts. From there, the sky-way leads to Cooke Hall.
The practice times are as follows:
- Monday: 6-7:30, 7:30-9pm (Beginner practice and Open bouting)
- Tuesday: 6-8pm (Practice)
- Thursday: 6-7:30, 7:30-9pm (Beginner practice and Open bouting)
- Saturday: 1-3pm (Practice)
